I don't really do regret! No point in looking back.

BACKTAGGING | Yes!!! I work third shift (CST) so I rely on backtagging when it comes to most folks in North American time zones.
ACTIVE TIMES | Usually active between Midnight-9AM. I try to do at least one tag per thread per night, but may skip some nights if work is very busy and I do not find time between calls to tag.
WRITING STYLE | I prefer prose and will likely start all non-text/network threads in prose, but I don't feel strongly enough that I won't just match whatever threads start as otherwise.
ASSUMED CR | I'm always down for assumed CR! Honestly, just about any canon world could get slapped into One Piece as a weird little island and not be that strange, hit me up if you want to brainstorm ideas for how to get our barbies into the same dollhouse or just throw a thread at me and I'll PM if I have any questions or want to change something! Alternatively, nothing wrong with handwaving a made-up Jamjar setting that doesn't require any universe blending/AUing!
THREAD CONTINUITY | I live for thread continuity! Even if it's just a tfln thread feel free to build on it next time we tag. Or don't, I'm easy either way.
THREADJACKING | Go for it! I love the spontaneity and goodness knows Straw Hats don't know how to keep their noses in their own business, so it's only fair.
FOURTH-WALLING | Sure! Luffy will just not understand, honestly.

PHYSICAL CONTACT | Sorry folks, this is gonna happen whether your character wants it to or not. Luffy is extremely tactile and has zero regard for silly concepts like propriety or personal space.
ROMANCE | Luffy absolutely oblivious when it comes to any sort of conventional flirting, but he definitely has his own "Chaotic but Well Meaning Doofus who Will Fight God for You" style rizz, and personally I looove shipping. I enjoy playing out how he's at least a little bit smitten with everyone he tries to get to join his crew so if you'd like to play around with that canon or cross-canon or anything in between, I beg let me know.
FIGHTING | Luffy loves fighting!!! Please fight Luffy, it will make his day. He is actually an unhinged little maniac if you dig under the Sunshine Boy layer of frosting.
INJURIES OR DEATH | Yes! Luffy can take a hell of a walloping, and he's definitely frustrating to beat down due to his Bugs Bunny ass fighting style and goofy cartoon powerset, but he's not immune to taking damage (especially from blades.) Talk to me before death or permanent maiming injuries, but I'm not opposed to it and we can probably work something out, and anything up to that point is fair game without plotting ahead.
MIND READING/CONTROL | There's no point to reading Luffy's mind, every single harebrained thought he has just comes flying out his mouth anyway, but he's got no defenses against it so if your character wants to marvel at sweet Michael without a thought behind those eyes, go ahead! As for mind control, he also doesn't have defenses against that unless willpower counts for anything, in which case he does have an absurdly strong will.

GENERAL PREFERENCES | OTA! m/f, m/m, m/other and any combo for poly
LUFFY'S TYPE | Luffy has basically no preferences in appearance, gender, species or anything physical, he's attracted almost exclusively to a character's Vibe. (Also watch out, or they may drafted into a pirate crew.) Basically, Luffy becomes instantly ride or die for anyone who feeds him even one (1) time. But people who are kind to kids and the helpless, even if (or maybe especially if) that kindness is normally hidden beneath a big spiky defensive shell? His exact type. And if those same kind people can FIGHT? Oh, he's totally a goner. Mark down deadly people in general, oops. Also, anyone who makes him laugh. Dreamers. People who have a passion for literally anything or at least one cool skill. Listen... he is what he is.

SHIP WISLIST | Love the idea of Straw Hat Crew being one big silly polycule, but if that's not your speed I'm into any individual Straw Hat ship as well (IE Luffy/Nami, Luffy/Zoro, Luffy/Usopp, Luffy/Sanji), along with Luffy/Koby, but don't feel pressured to ship if you're more into gen because I love gen with the crew/Koby just as much!
GENERAL SHIPPING | Down to ship with any other show character because honestly I'm a shipping fiend, give me half a chance and I'll ship damn near anything, and I'd also love to try out any combo with anime/manga one piece characters too as long as you know going in that I'm sticking with Luffy's Live Action personality, and that I'm very slowly working my way back through after like a decade passing from the last time I kept up with it, soz. Also I'm not just interested in One Piece characters! I'd love to ship cross-canon, cross-medium, and with OCs of any stripe!

GENERAL SMUT PREFERENCES: I play Luffy as a vers top. He can be talked into bottoming easily enough (he'll try anything that sounds fun!) but it's not going to be his natural inclination.

OPTIONAL FUN SMUTTY TROPES, FOR YOUR CONSIDERATION:

• Inexperienced/excitable fumbling. Luffy has no idea what he's doing but by george he's doing it enthusiastically! Threads that feature some lighthearted, goofy mishaps and laughter rather than just perfect steamy sex start to finish.
• Size queens. He can stretch any part of himself. I'm just saying.
• Praise kink. Luffy could probably put anyone with a decently strong praise kink into a coma even at just the friendship stage, never mind when he gets them into bed.
• Biting. Look at this fuckin gremlin there's no way he doesn't bite.
• Small top/big bottom. Luffy is 5'6 and wiry and a top. Hit me up if you're interested in having a larger character get just absolutely folded in half and wrecked by this demanding little twink. (Keep in mind that Luffy will playfully compete for top if your character isn't used to/naturally inclined to bottoming right out of the gate, but he wouldn't force anything.)
